Return Policy:

We at Slingtastic understand that sometimes "life happens" and you may need to return your sling.

  • Any carrier returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of date of purchase will receive a refund, minus a $5.00 restocking fee and any shipping charges we incurred to send you the carrier.  The carrier must be clean and still in a useable condition. This is often more than enough time to decide if the carrier is suited to you.
     
  • After 2 Weeks from the date of sale (14 days) no refund will be given.
     
  • If the carrier was received as a gift you may exchange it for a different fabric or a gift certificate to be used at a later time. No cash will be refunded on a gifted sling.
     
  • Within one (1) year if your Carrier is found to have faulty rings, fabric or stitching, please contact us so that we can exchange the item or repair it for you.

NSF Cheque Policy:

  • In the event of a returned cheque due to "Non-Sufficient Funds" a $25.00 fee will be charged to cover our costs.  
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse clients based on history of NSF charges with our company.
